Sorry for not being able to say anything about this, I've been very busy and did not do anything with FAI the last months. Now that I do some things with it again, it took me only 2 days until I stumble into the same thing on a customer system ( partitioning breaking with "Table header not seen yet" As far as I understood, this is a bug in parted - is it solved in the meantime, or is the only solution still to install the system with the old partition tool?
