i have found the reason fot this errors. for some resons the bootstrap image is extracted to the root device and after that the other partitions are mounted so bootstrap -> /target mount var partition -> /target/var
but befor mount there were already some files in /target/var my solution was remove the need for an extra var partition and put averything to / (modifie relevant disk_config) now kubuntu feisty is happy wfg Mario Am Freitag, 22.
