I tested reverting it and everything built in html, but I didn't
did a comprehensive testing, nor even check if the output was ok.

Ah, I remember those discussions with regards to docutils version.
Thanks for pointing it to me.

Yeah, that's it. Doing a
        pip install 'docutils==0.12'

at the virtual env solved the issue. I guess we should document it
somewhere.
