OK, I'm still unconvinced about the value of this file, but, if people want to keep it up to date, I'll play along. I've applied the whole set (except #1, which was already applied with the other set). Note that parts 2, 4, 5, 8, 13, and 14 all had the weird "charset=true" problem, so I had to fix them up manually before I could apply them.
