This is the verbatim result of

$ rm Documentation/DocBook/gpu.tmpl

It should probably be split up to separate documents for GPU drivers
etc. using include macros within asciidoc, but this is for demonstration
purposes.

Also, the pandoc --no-wrap is ugly, as explained in the commit message
for the conversion tool.

The output is worth looking at for the new style includes for kernel-doc
comments, for example:

include::drivers/gpu/drm/drm_irq.c,export[]
include::include/drm/drmP.h,function,drm_crtc_vblank_waitqueue[]
