Found: https://btrfs.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/Manpage/btrfs-subvolume A freshly created filesystem is also a subvolume, called top-level, internally has an id 5. This subvolume cannot be removed or replaced by another subvolume. Ok, it seems my idea (replacing the original root subvolume with a snapshot) is not possible. -- Ullrich Horlacher Server und Virtualisierung Rechenzentrum TIK Universitaet Stuttgart E-Mail: horlac...@tik.uni-stuttgart.de Allmandring 30a Tel: ++49-711-68565868 70569 Stuttgart (Germany) WWW: http://www.tik.uni-stuttgart.de/ REF:<20190705103823.ga13...@tik.uni-stuttgart.de>
