Isso nao funciona desde 1800.
Eh soh uma receita de bolo
que dava permissao para passar alem da raiz configurada
para o servico FTP e pegar o arquivo de senhas.
Hoje em dia isso naum funciona.
Algum P_A_N_A_C_A desavisado deve ter
achado isso na net e tentado no seu servidor...
