Eh exatamente nisso que voce tah errado, tem que ser assim:
[root@guster system]# cd /
[root@guster /]# cd windows
[root@guster /windows]# cd windows
[root@guster windows]# cd system
[root@guster system]#
entendeu?? /windows/windows/system !!
