Procurei alguma coisa no php.net � me aparceu isso: (http://www.php.net/manual/pt_BR/ref.pgsql.php penultimo comentario) To (re)compile php-4.0.4pl1 to work with the newly released Postresql-7.1, you need to symlink postgres.h -> postgres_fe.h in the PGSQL/include dir, seems they changed the name of that header file.
