Bem, preciso fazer aqui uma retificação: a pagina que vc menciona é a
index.html do manual do Apache. Neste caso vc esta certissimo, pois o
diretorio "manual" do Apache, esta sim em
/usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/manual/ e existe um arquivo index.html.
Entretanto, esse index.html que vc menciona, contem o índice do manual
do Apache. E a pagina que muita gente esta vendo é a pagina de
instalacao do Apache.
