Some folks are copying people on emails they send to LincolnTalk. This
doesn't mean the whole list is seeing them...

If a person is on moderation and an email/post comes through the moderator
queue and is deemed inappropriate, it will be rejected. This includes
posts/messages on which others are copied.

You may receive an email from someone who has also sent that email to the
list. This doesn't mean that the whole list has seen it. It may go to the
moderator queue, and the moderators may decide the post is inappropriate
and reject it - so it never goes to LincolnTalk. But if you reply all, and
you are not on moderation, your reply will go to everyone originally
copied, including Lincolntalk. If we don't catch it, the post that we
rejected will go through under your reaction/response. Please be aware of
what and how you are replying.

Recently, a few people have asked if we were going to rein-in someone - but
that person's posts had been rejected by us. Please be aware of what is
making it through and how.

Hope this helps clarify some things for people.

Yours,
Margit
