In 2021 attorneys general across the United States reached an agreement
with opioid companies and Johnson & Johnson to settle legal claims over
their actions which fueled the opioid epidemic. The state of Massachusetts
is receiving >$900 million from this settlement, all of which is intended
for substance use prevention and treatment efforts. Local municipalities
across the commonwealth are receiving 40% of the funds, equating to about
$360 million.

This survey will help the Town of Lincoln understand community priorities
for spending opioid settlement funds. Your anonymous responses will guide
investments in prevention, treatment, recovery, and related services. It
should take 5–15 minutes to complete.
