Now that apparently political discussion is allowed on Lincoln talk which is certainly should be especially with so many pending huge decisions - Dr Kanner, the only reason there are funds available is because the Lincoln taxpayers have been over taxed unknowingly for years. You probably have a lot more money than me and don't care but I certainly do. I'm being taxed out of this town. There are other options That have been worked over the years And can be improved to make work better.
