At its regular monthly meeting last night, the Lincoln Housing Commission
approved the following statement of support for the
NatureLink/Farrington/Panetta proposal:

"The mission of the Lincoln Housing Commission is to “ensure that a range
of diverse housing options are available in town to meet the current and
future needs of Lincoln’s residents.” The development of a neighborhood of
20 single family homes, 17 of which are below the median size of
single-family homes in Lincoln, including 3 with deeded income
restrictions, as part of the NatureLink proposal is in keeping with this
mission. This neighborhood provides much needed new housing accessible to a
range of households in a thoughtful, intentional and responsible manner.
The income restricted units also ensure the proposed development maintains
the Town’s compliance under state 40B laws. The Housing Commission supports
this development and the NatureLink project that will facilitate it."
