Leap has space now. If this project were dropped they can stay where they are with renovations and during renovations they can go to the 98 million school that has plenty of space to accommodate them permanently. The plan now is they're going to go to the school for 2 years during construction. So clearly the space is available and it can work. That would be the best solution as that money is already spent and the building's not completely utilized especially after School hours.
