Physiatrists are the medical specialists who deal with nonoperative orthopedic
issues. The specialty is formally known as Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation. Consider Eugenio Martinez MD in Dedham or James Sarni MD also
in Dedham. Both are excellent physiatrists. They may recommend treatment with
physical therapists etc. The Spaulding Rehabilitation Centers (multiple sites)
also have physiatrists on staff.

Subject: [LincolnTalk] foot/hip doc recommendations

I have had a combo injury to my left hamstring and left arch for 2.5 months now
and rest isn't working at all. Anybody have recommendations on who to see about
this? Podiatrist? PT? Chiropractor?
