| Hello, I have also worked with Justin Hedlund and support his work. He will not use poisons if that approach is preferred. Even if your house is not next to two large “mouse central” fields, he suggests yearly re-checks can be helpful to keep the mice outside. I appreciate how nimble mice are and they matter in the ecosystem. I am much happier when they stay outside as opposed to nesting in the basement or attic. These are my favorite traps and are reusable. I do not like or feel good about trapping mice yet sometimes one has to.
