A group of Lincoln parents has organized to restart the pledge to delay giving children smartphones until 8th grade. Previously known as "Turning Life On" or "Lincoln Promise" (both now inactive groups) this movement has been revived as a new Lincoln chapter of the national "Wait Until 8th" pledge movement.
