Dear Lincoln Residents,

We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 
(MBSR) workshop on Sunday, November 10, from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm, right here in 
Lincoln!

MBSR, created in the 1970s by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, blends mindfulness and 
meditation practices that help reduce stress, bring clarity, and cultivate 
calm. This workshop is designed to give you tools to relax and stay resilient, 
with techniques that fit easily into everyday life.

Our wonderful facilitator, Cindy Gittleman, MA, MA, CAGS, founder of Sunrise 
Mindfulness, brings years of mindfulness experience and a passion for sharing 
her knowledge in a welcoming, approachable way. Her teaching style is warm and 
inclusive, making this workshop perfect for all experience levels—whether 
you’re new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years.

Join us in-studio at The Nest Yoga, 28 Tabor Hill Road, or connect with us 
through livestream to practice from home. Chairs will be available in-studio 
for added comfort. The workshop is $35, and spaces are filling up, so please 
call or email us to reserve your spot. Payment is required to secure your 
registration.
