I recently had a heat pump installed by Kilpatrick HVAC out of Westford. They were much less expensive than many other companies -- though they are also a very small company, and when one of their main employees got sick, it held up the install for a time. Nonetheless, they were incredibly responsive, easy to talk to and communicate with, and they did a very good job -- and kept things very clean during the install, and cleaned up afterwards.
Re: internet service: I am trying to skip wifi service all together by just using my hotspot. It also generally speaking helps me stay off the internet. Maybe not something that will work for bigger households, but I actually feel like this has gone a long way towards helping me control my use of the Internet -- because I have to "opt in" now, rather than just eternally floating in the connectivity.
