This is true. I recently learned from a supplier that FedEx Ground and FedEx (other) are different entities, and this is becoming a big problem for the FedEx brand. The problem is that as consumers, we can’t control who the supplier chooses as their carrier. Here’s hoping they get that sorted, because UPS is eating their lunch right now (in my opinion).
