With possibility for more extension. - The tenant can start anytime in September or October. - Price: $4,200 / month + utilities, but honestly I am happy to take whatever. - 2 bedrooms, one is a gigantic master bedroom + bedroom suite, and the other is a normal-size bedroom. - Address: 139 Draper Road, Wayland, MA - In addition to 2 bedrooms, the house has 2 office spaces. One is an old ballet studio and the other one is an office. - The house sits in the middle of several forest entries, so ideal for someone who likes to take walks. See pictures below. - My landlord is an incredibly kind and gentle man, Frank. He is my neighbor. He immediately fixes when anything is broken in the house and he keeps the garden manicured, the snow plowed. - I will be moving to Los Angeles in April/May 2025 so the person can rent the apartment directly from the landlord after I move. - I am planning to come back to Boston very minimally during August 24-April 25.
