Hello Lincoln Talk!
I am new to Lincoln. Can you post what I say below if appropriate for the list?
I just got my floors sanded and refinished -- a beautiful job. The man who did
it is just a lovely, smiling, hard-working person who takes pride in his work.
And he charged me literally half of what some contractors were asking! Someone
warned me that I would have to get my baseboards re-done after the floors were
done, because the sanding machines always damage them. Well, my guy didn't
damage the baseboards at all except in the very narrow entryway to a small
bathroom. He also finished **exactly** on time. He used a non-toxic finish. He
was so clean -- even dusted the house after he was finished. Initially, it took
a few days for him to call me back because he was finishing another job, so he
may also take a few days to call you. But I couldn't be happier.
