My mother left her phone in a Lyft, and the phone did not require a
password for access since that was challenging to her (89 years old).
For many of us, access to our phones opens up access to EVERYTHING - our
bank accounts, email.....
A bad actor can get password resets for our accounts and two factor
authentication via the phone.

The solution to both problems (easy access PLUS security) is a smartphone
which uses fingerprint recognition for access.
