Hi Tom, I recommend Colleen Katatsuki. Both my daughter and I (a novice) started taking lessons with Colleen last fall, and we have both come so far in just a year under her guidance. She meets students where they're at, and she is patient and talented. Over the summer, my daughter willingly practiced almost daily despite not having scheduled lessons.
