Jennifer, If I am to understand the chart win the original email, 1/2 of the funding was for a project on privately owned land-the Mall/Lincoln Woods septic system. Am I correct?
Is there precedent for the town making such a request of the Commonwealth-a request for a private landowner? Also, what are the specifics for an $800,000 request for “Complete Streets?” Thank you, Sara ------ Sara Mattes > On Sep 17, 2023, at 5:30 PM, Jennifer Glass via Lincoln > <lincoln@lincolntalk.org> wrote: > > Hello everyone! > > One of the questions that has come up in conversations about the Housing > Choice Act is whether it would be detrimental to lose access to selected > state grants.
