Jennifer,
If I am to understand the chart win the original email, 1/2 of the funding was 
for a project on privately owned land-the Mall/Lincoln Woods septic system.
Am I correct?

Is there precedent for the town making such a request of the Commonwealth-a 
request for a private landowner?

Also, what are the specifics for an $800,000 request for “Complete Streets?”
