What if an informal event was hosted by the Pierce House?
Would that require a COA staff person?

A 2x/month afternoon, esp. in winter with a fire in the fireplace…would be
pretty sweet.
The knitting group might love one of those rooms for their meetings.
Maybe others would too.

It seems a shame that we are not being more flexible and creative.

It is my understanding that the PH Committee is upgrading the kitchen and
working on accessibility-both for the bathroom and entrance., so that should
not be an issue in a matter of time.

The Pierce House will be a facility that we maintain, we might as well use it.
