This week, we’ll be offering a FREE Dynamic Yoga Class to all new AND returning 
students this Thursday, September 7,  6:00pm-7:15pm.
Enjoy this fun yoga class in our lovely studio (@28 Tabor Hill road), or 
Livestream, from the comfort of your home. This class is for students who have 
been practicing yoga before and are familiar with Sun Salutations A and B.

What is Dynamic Yoga ?

Dynamic yoga is a creative style of Hatha yoga, which integrates key principles 
of the Vinyasa and Iyengar methods. Dynamic yoga is meditative but can also be 
physically challenging. Correct breathing is essential to creating a seamless 
flow of postures.This form of yoga is very safe as long as you listen to your 
body. Learn to know when your body is out of balance or when you are pushing it 
too far – and always modify your postures whenever necessary. As a philosophy, 
Dynamic yoga recognizes the temporary nature of things. We enter into a 
posture, are there for a while and then leave.
