Am in agreement with Gloria that one would need to contact Green Energy in 
order to opt out.  I did notice that the monthly fee went up in the beginning, 
then normalized after 1 or 2 months of the billing cycle.  The small increase 
was worth it to me, as i do support the green energy movement.
