Edica, yes, I am a practitioner of Ayurveda. I do not teach Iyengar Yoga but rather. Kundalini Yoga. I also teach Qi Gong, Bones for Life, and Movement Therapy both privately, as well as group classes at the Steinberg Center for Wellness at Emerson Hospital starting in the fall.
