Dear Neighbors, I know it might be a long shot….I am an amateur potter and have had a studio in my previous house which was quite basic. I’d like to set up a more sophisticated one in the basement of my new home. I wonder if anyone have done the same and can share some experience in terms of electricity and plumbing, even better a contractor who has experience in converting a basement to a studio!
