Hi, We have T-Mobile and it has been easy to get a human when needed. We’ve had AT & T in the past, and I’d say overall the cell service is better in some places, but T-Mobile is much less expensive and the free service in Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska, and other places has meant huge savings for us. AT&T tacked on a lot of extra charges and kept increasing prices, while the service deteriorated. It was extremely hard to get support with AT&T. Lincoln has poor service in spots due to the lack of cell towers and that is no reflection on the cell companies. Best, Cookie Martin
