I have recent experience researching and getting bids for air to water heat
exchangers to replace propane for heating water for a baseboard hydronic
system.
Advanced Mechanical gave me a bid for a Spacepak Chiller PLUS a new propane
system for back up when it was too cold for the Spacepak Chiller to maintain
high enough water temperatures.
Partridge Hill Mechanical gave me a bid for an Enertech Advantage air to water
heat exchanger PLUS a new propane system for back up when it was too cold.
Hartmann HVAC Solutions let me know that LG had a double condensing air to
water system that could produce higher water temperatures than the other
options.
However, that unit was not yet available in the US except in a three-phase
wiring model.
Since you need hot water for a radiant heat system, you do not need as high a
temperature as a baseboard system does, so what is available now might be OK
for you.
I would recommend consulting with Hartmann HVAC Solutions about options.
