Hi, I concur with Sara. I live in sort of the same part of town (Greenridge Lane) and have Verizon Fios for internet, TV, and landline (though I rarely use the latter these days). Earlier this year I upgraded (new TV, new router) and had excellent service for both the installation and follow-up. I also have AT&T for cellphone and that has been good. When I got a new phone the people at the AT&T store in Waltham were very helpful with tech issues and even managed to save me some money.
