Hello, Around mid February, we will have a 7 month old in need of care during the work day.
Our original daycare arrangement is likely delayed until summer because of staff shortages. The center didn’t give us much notice, and infant care is so scarce right now that we are having trouble finding an open slot at a nearby center or family childcare provider. If anyone in the Lincoln/Wayland area, with a nanny or in a similar situation, is interested in a short-term nanny share please let us know. Ideally, we will need 4 days of care, from 8 to 4. But, we can be somewhat flexible with the days and hours—we’d even be open to only 3 or 2 days of care. Our daughter is, so far, a very calm and jolly baby. She is doesn’t fuss too much, and eats and sleeps easily, even when tagging along to her big sister’s activities. Her parents like to think they are pretty chill and jolly too! If you are interested or know someone, please let us know. We could start by meeting or talking to see if we might work well together.
