Sunday Morning Nursery Caregiver Ages 0-5 Church Nursery Program in Lincoln, MA is looking for a loving, attentive and reliable Nursery Caregiver on Sunday mornings from 9:00 to 11:30 am beginning September through mid-June. Our Nursery Caregiver has a teenage assistant and typically cares for a few children ages 0-5. The Caregiver will set up a simple art project such as markers on the table, stickers or a manipulative. Throughout the morning, children will participate in free play (puzzles, dramatic play, blocks), listen to a story, have a group snack, and play outside on the playground. Candidates should have experience working with small children. No religious background or training is necessary. Must be current with COVID vaccines. The Nursery Caregiver is required to successfully pass a CORI. Compensation is $40-$50/hour based on experience. Acting/Interim Director of Youth Religious Education First Parish in Lincoln, MA seeks an experienced Acting/Interim Youth Religious Education Director for 24 hours a week beginning September 2022 through mid-June 2023. As FPL enthusiastically prepares to welcome new Senior Ministers in the fall, we also need a skilled youth educator to manage our existing K-12 program. An Acting/Interim Youth Religious Education Director will allow our new settled ministers time to know us and time to help us envision RE for this generation of busy children and adolescents. The Acting/Interim Youth Religious Education Director will manage the day-to-day operation of our K-12 programs including Sunday morning spiritual exploration classes, holiday services and coordination of our OWL program for 8th graders (lifespan sexuality training). Opportunities to deliver Time for All Ages (messages from the pulpit oriented toward children) are encouraged. The ideal candidate brings skills that will help staff and volunteers lay the foundation for recruitment of a permanent candidate to fill FPL’s youth education needs.
