I've been a DCU member for 41 years including a few mortgages along the way.

Mostly the experience has been great but recently they have been having
issues partially due to a recent major software replacement (I hesitate to
say 'upgrade'). Right now I have an ongoing dispute with them and found
that it was faster to drive to a branch than to wait on hold to talk to
someone (the wait time was quoted as between '1 hour 25 minutes and 2 hours
7 minutes').

I assume and hope they will work out the issues but they seem to be a
little stressed right now.
