Hello Friends, I need to find a new housing situation, and would be thrilled if I could remain in Lincoln or an adjacent town. I am seeking an apartment, single family home, townhouse, or in-law suite that meets the following criteria: -- Two to four bedrooms-- Two bathrooms-- Approx. 1200 - 1800 sq. feet-- Access to outdoor space that is private or minimally shared -- At least one bedroom on a ground floor, or with elevator access (so a two-story home would be fine, if there's at least one bedroom that doesn't require stairs... a few outdoor stairs for access to the building is also fine)-- Sunlight-- Off-street parking-- Start date approx. 9/1, but could be before or after that date --I have excellent personal and credit references, local connections, no pets, and am not a smoker.
