Hello All, We are a family of five, and have been Lincoln residents for a few years now. Unfortunately, we must leave our beautiful home in the next few months (but we are very flexible with the timing). We are looking to buy a house in Lincoln, and though our budget is quite low in this tough market, we are optimistic and hoping to get some help here.
We are looking for a suitable property which is up to 1.2M. If you are a Lincoln seller (or planning to sell soon) who wants to save the agent fee, or if you work with an agent and want to help some local friends by letting us know before your house goes on the market, or have any other leads, please let us know and PM me! We know the market very well and have been trying to find something using the traditional ways (MLS, Zillow and real estate agents) but unfortunately there are currently no suitable properties in the area (really frustrating) so we hope to get some help here. We love Lincoln so much and wish we could stay and raise our kids here for many more happy years. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you!
