Happy National Poetry Month! This April, celebrate by joining the Poetry Month Challenge at the Lincoln Public Library!
Thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the Lincoln Library, we can now offer challenges year-round through Beanstack, our free online service that offers book and activity logging, recommendations, book reviews, and more. *The Poetry Month Challenge will be running April 1 - April 30 (sign up any time!)* Read poetry, books about poetry, and books about poets. Choose titles from our recommendation list or pick your own! Earn virtual badges for time spent reading and for completing poetry-related activities. Anyone who earns at least one badge in addition to the registration badge will be entered in our prize drawing at the end of the month! There's still plenty of time to join our ongoing challenge as well!: *The Lincoln Library Read Local Challenge will be running March 1 – November 30** (sign up any time!)* Learn more about our community by reading books from our Read Local reading list about the history of Lincoln and Massachusetts, as well as fiction and nonfiction by local authors.
