( It takes a few seconds for it to come into view in the picture I got.) I’ve done just the briefest bit of research and it looks like a Timber snake to me. I hope I’m wrong because they are highly venomous. I believe it’s living in a hollowed out tree trunk. I’d also like suggestions about whom to call to do a catch and release if it comes to that.
