One does not achieve diversity and all that by the ritual chants of slogans at meetings. One achieves diversity by allowing diverse people to live here. If that is a goal we need lower priced housing in a convenient place. The new zoning district would be within walking distance of a good school. And in the long term, commuter rail might come back from the dead.
