Went online to pay my water bill and noticed a fee of $2.50 for submitting a CC payment. Is this new or has that always been there, as I do not remember that fee.
I know there has been a .50 cent fee for echeck which is why I usually did the CC payment. Perhaps I am just not remembering or missed that fee in the past
