Hi. I work in Early Education and a few of my personal favorites for the very young are:
“Never Touch a Porcupine” “Never Touch a Hedgehog” by Make Believe Ideas First 100 Words by Roger Priddy ( padded book) There is also a box set with 3 books in this series, among others. Any of the Bill Martin jr. board books. I especially like, “Polar Bear, Polar Bear What Do You Hear?” (The push button sounds version) “Roar Roar, I’m a Dinosaur” by Jo Lodge Enjoy, Joanna Sussman On Mon, Nov 15, 2021 at 3:47 PM Jane Appell <jappell...@gmail.com> wrote: > My daughter is having a baby and several people want to buy her books. > Since my kids are in their thirties, I know the old classics but wonder > about favorite books for young children that have come out in the last 25 > years. > > Thanks in advance for your ideas📚 > > Jane > > Jane Appell, Ph.D. > Sent from my iPad > -- > The LincolnTalk mailing list. > To post, send mail to Lincoln@lincolntalk.org. > Search the archives at http://lincoln.2330058.n4.nabble.com/. > Browse the archives at https://pairlist9.pair.net/mailman/private/lincoln/ > . > Change your subscription settings at > https://pairlist9.pair.net/mailman/listinfo/lincoln. > >
