They did a heat pump in addition to switching us over from a oil to gas boiler. Great work on the installation and annual service has been very good." - 2) Didn't recommend: "I would steer clear of AMS. They did my job and a few friends in Lincoln and all have been horrible. We just paid another company to rip out all the work they did. They are a service shop not installation." Not a salesperson" (Stephen Dirrane) - *Basnett Plumbing and Heating*, 978-431-2906. Tim Mangini, "we had them install a heat-pump HVAC system and are really pleased. They did a thorough analysis of our needs and gave us three options to choose from. Install was super and they left the house spotless every day. Can’t recommend highly enough. " Betsy Stokey - "We too used Basnett a couple of years ago and, while we have no basis for comparison, are happy with the results. We had had a Mass Save energy audit which entitled us to a 10 year interest free loan. Basnett was cheaper than the energy auditor's quote and helped us with the paperwork for the rebate and for the loan from Hanscom Federal Credit Union, also very easy to work with." Thanks everyone!
