Dear Lincoln, Our 92 year-old concrete chimney cap is badly cracked and needs to be repaired/replaced.
Our regular chimney sweep is happy to fix it by slapping another layer of concrete on top of the existing cap, but he is not a trained mason so who knows if this is a good solution. Needing, please, a referral for a licensed mason who is willing to climb a ladder. with thanks, Kathleen P. Nichols
