IMHO, it is perfectly fine to say in the announce that development is
happening on g.l.o, patches will be reviewed on linaro-dev and code will
then be merged on the official new repo on GitHub
(https://github.com/scheduler-tools/rt-app).

This way the work Linaro is doing is advertised, but people don't get
confused with all this different repos.
