Hi, We have a CI job that builds debs of qemu head every night:
https://ci.linaro.org/jenkins/job/qemu-mainline/ Packages go to: http://repo.linaro.org/ubuntu/linaro-overlay/pool/main/q/qemu-linaro/ I've just enabled repo.l.o in our trusty images, so once the dust settles you can install in linaro images the qemu head with just apt-get install.
