No, because we have fixed IOFPGA firmware. The 'Firmware Update' tab on
http://releases.linaro.org/12.10/android/vexpress links to ARM's site to
get this.

Our kernel commandline also has "mmci.fmax=12000000" to select the
fastest clock speed possible.
