Please accept my apologies for missing the meeting this morning. Here
is my report from last week:
1. Produced a patch to allow all CPUs to be no-CBs CPUs, currently
testing and chasing down bugs.
2. Worked with Oleg Nesterov on algorithm that could address
potential scalability issues with get_online_cpus(). The
concern is with increased usage of get_online_cpus().
3. Rebase and merging for 3.8 merge window.
